Windows and Doors. Acan Window is careful to select only the finest materials, and in doing so, we feel it is our responsibility to tell you why, when and how to care for them and defend against their worst enemies - water, mildew, fungus and the damaging effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays.
All Acan Window wood windows and patio doors are constructed from select furniture grade Western pine, and treated with a water repellant preservative. Hard to reach critical areas have been vacuum sealed and coated for further protection.
All Acan Window vinyl windows and patio doors are manufactured with extruded material with a patented formulation based on over 30 years of successful experience in Europe. Only pure new vinyl is used in the integral components of our windows. Impact modifiers are added to make our windows highly resistant to cold weather impact. Finally, stabilizers are added to the vinyl formulation to keep the window from fading and becoming brittle prematurely.
